This notice explains how Digital Transformation collects and uses personal data when you contact us or engage our accounts payable reviews.

Data we collect
- Inquiry form fields: name, email, company, engagement interest, invoice volume notes, message content
- Engagement files: contact details of AP staff you designate, and personal data incidentally present on invoices or approvals you share
- Technical data: essential cookies and, if accepted, limited analytics cookies as described on our cookies page
Purposes
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, perform contracted reviews, keep engagement records, improve site usability (with consent for analytics), and meet legal obligations in Taiwan.
Retention
Inquiry emails are kept up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Engagement workpapers and correspondence are retained for seven years unless a longer period is required by law or a client contract. Analytics data, when enabled, follows the durations in the cookies table.
Your rights
Subject to Taiwan personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain uses. Contact us at the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwan authority.
International transfers
We store primary engagement records in Taiwan. If a tool or email provider processes data outside Taiwan, we require contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer and will identify the destination on request.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers who support email and hosting under confidentiality terms, and with professional advisers when required for legal compliance.
