Terms of Engagement
These terms apply to use of this website and to professional engagements with Digital Transformation unless a signed proposal states otherwise.
Acceptance
By using digital-transformation.digital or commissioning an invoice compliance review, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.
Services
We provide professional invoice compliance checks, exception clear-downs, policy walkthroughs, and related accounts payable reviews as described on this site and in written proposals. Website content is informational and does not itself form a binding engagement.
Intellectual property
Site content, checklists, and findings templates remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a licence to use deliverables for internal finance operations. Redistribution of our workpapers to third parties requires our written consent, except where disclosure to statutory auditors is required.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate invoice populations, timely access to files, and a named contact. Delays in providing information may shift the findings date without reducing fees already earned for work performed.
Liability
Our reviews are sampling-based and do not guarantee detection of every error or fraud. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or missed payment discounts. Aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where Taiwan law prohibits such limitation.
No assurance opinion
Unless a separate assurance engagement is explicitly contracted, our findings packs are management information only and are not audit opinions under auditing standards.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or engagements, unless a proposal specifies another forum.
